The kidneys are the organs in the middle of the back above the waist. Unless you’ve donated to someone in need of the past, everyone has two. They perform a number of roles meant to sustain your life, such as removing waste. Several factors can cause the kidneys to fail.
The kidneys primarily pass fluids through and attempts to rid the body of whatever it doesn’t need. If you’re not drinking enough water for the amount you’re losing, it can cause problems in the kidneys. Without enough water, the kidneys have too much trouble trying to circulate the blood and the waste it must carry.
